Huelga en Italia y actualización de vuelos de Air Europa y Vueling
Italia: Huelga prevista del 22 al 23 de octubre afectará a los servicios de autobús, tranvía, metro y ferrocarril; el transporte público en Roma garantizado durante las horas punta
Los viajeros de Roma y resto de Italia pueden esperar interrupciones en los servicios de transporte públicos y privados a partir de las 21:00 h. del jueves 22 de octubre hasta las 21:00 h. del viernes 23 de octubre, con motivo de una huelga de 24 horas convocada por el sindicato CUB.
En Roma, la huelga afectará a los autobuses, tranvías, metro y tren ligero Roma-Lido, Termini-Centocelle y Roma-Civitacastellana-Viterbo.
Los servicios de transporte público de Roma estarán garantizados durante las horas punta de mayor actividad por la mañana y por la noche: hasta las 08:30 h. y a partir de las 17:00 h. hasta las 20:00 h.
Panamá, España: Air Europa reanudará vuelos a Panamá durante la temporada navideña
Air Europa reanudará los vuelos a Panamá en la temporada navideña con dos frecuencias semanales, como parte de su plan de re-despliegue de operaciones en Latinoamérica. La aerolínea espera operar a partir del 15 de diciembre con vuelos los miércoles y viernes.
La aerolínea indicó que esperan recuperar paulatinamente la red de rutas en Latinoamérica y antes de fin de año apuntan a duplicar el número de vuelos, con un aumento de frecuencias y la incorporación paulatina de nuevos destinos, para incrementar la oferta de disponibles asientos.
Francia, España: Vueling lanza vuelos domésticos entre París-Orly y Montpellier, Brest y Marsella
La aerolínea española de bajo coste Vueling, filial de IAG (International Airlines Group), lanzó sus tres primeros vuelos domésticos entre París-Orly y Montpellier, Brest y Marsella.
En el aeropuerto de París-Orly, el avión que llegaba de Brest fue recibido por el personal del aeropuerto durante una ceremonia de saludo en el agua, unos momentos después del aterrizaje. Los aeropuertos de Brest y Montpellier también organizaron otras ceremonias.
Vueling ofrece 2 vuelos semanales de ida y vuelta en cada ruta, todos los viernes y domingos. Cabe destacar que el servicio de prensa de la aerolínea afirma que en Orly, el saludo al agua se realizó “íntegramente a partir de agua de lluvia reciclada”.
Vueling compite con Air France Groupe en las tres rutas, aunque con una frecuencia mucho menor.

Commuters in Rome and around Italy can expect disruption to public and privately-owned transport services from 9:00 p.m. on Thursday 22 October until 9:00 p.m. on Friday 23 October, due to a 24-hour strike called by the CUB trade union.
In Rome the strike will affect buses, trams, metro and light rail services Roma-Lido, Termini-Centocelle and Roma-Civitacastellana-Viterbo.

Panama, Spain: Air Europa will resume flights to Panama during Christmas season
Air Europa will resume flights to Panama in the Christmas season with two weekly frequencies, as part of its plan to re-deploy operations in Latin America. The airline expects to be operating from December 15 with flights on Wednesdays and Fridays.
The airline indicated that they hope to gradually recover the route network in Latin America and before the end of the year they aim to double the number of flights, with an increase in frequencies and the gradual incorporation of new destinations, to increase the offer of available seats.
France, Spain: Vueling launches domestic flights between Paris-Orly and Montpellier, Brest and Marseille
The Spanish low-cost airline Vueling, a subsidiary of IAG (International Airlines Group), launched its first three domestic flights between Paris-Orly and respectively Montpellier, Brest and Marseille.
At Paris-Orly airport, the plane arriving from Brest was greeted by airport staff during a water salute ceremony, a few moments after landing. Other ceremonies were also organised by the airports of Brest and Montpellier.

Vueling is competing with the Air France Groupe on the three routes, although at a much lower frequency.
